Typical workflow in using Docuword
To get started you need to think about how the data will be integrated into your documents. Once you have
done that, make the appropriate changes and
- 1. Create a new project
- 2. Add any input and output documents to the project.
- 3. Define all your workflow rules.
When you are ready, execute the workflow and download your completed documents!
Other stuff
Documents are stored in a secure S3 Bucket and are secure. Your documents are never shared with anyone nor publicly available.
When you delete the project or remove the document from your workflow, that document will be permanently deleted from the server.
This is good for us too, as this saves on hosting fees.
Docuword uses the latest public docx and pdf libraries so when these are updated, we will also be able to update to the latest standards.
More workflows will be added over time, so this information is subject to change.
